This includes the warehousing and distribution of Fletcher products and sub-assemblies and where applicable supporting Customer Warranty claims and service support. Operating with current dedicated and experienced Fletcher specialists, Monitech also provides repairs on all Fletcher mining equipment.

MONITECH FLETCHER SUPPORT 24/7/365
The Monitech Customer Support Line is available to all customers both during (08h00 – 16h00) and after hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The Support Line is manned and supported by trained professionals who will assist where possible to process enquiries, support and resolve customer requirements, provide after hour support for call-outs and emergency spares.
Customers are further supported with rapid response from the teams at either the Monitech facilities in Benoni and/or Secunda.
