The Monitech Machine Mounted Flame Proof Key Switch has 2 high current change over switches that provides flexibility and ensures reliable operation. The unique robust keys make the unit difficult to tamper with and restricts operation to authorised persons only. The multiple key options also allow for several circuits that can only be operated by persons authorised to do so.

FLAMEPROOF E-STOP LATCHING & LOCKABLE

The Monitech E-Stop Station is a certified flameproof module that allows the E-Stop to be pressed and a lockout lock applied for added safety to the operator should the need arise. The E-Stop is latching and avoids the system accidentally starting once the button is no longer depressed.

The Monitech Flameproof Intelligent Beacon can indicate multiple states or conditions using colours, speeds or a variety of flash modes. The unit has a default power up and 3 digital inputs. These can be pre-defined by the OEM to an end user’s requirement.

Units with battery backup are available for both the 12/24V and 110/250V versions.

RESIN TIMER MULTICOLOUR, DC, FLP C/W PUSH BUTTON

The Monitech Resin Timer Beacon gives the user a simple, customisable, LED indication for the different time sensitive phases of installing resin bolts. The push button is used to start a Green Flash for a set time, followed by a Red Flash for a set time. The reed switch can be used to set custom times for the green and red flash. The unit is housed in a flameproof enclosure.

FLAMEPROOF OIL LEVEL BEACON & OIL LEVEL PROBE

The Beacon is used with the Tank Level Sensor to obtain oil level and oil temperature readings inside a machine mounted tank. The Beacon switches 3 relay outputs based on the set Warning and Trip levels. These Warnings and Trips are shown on the Multi-Coloured Beacon LEDs with red, orange, green and different flashing modes for temperature and level. The Tank Level Sensor has no moving parts increasing its reliability.
